Great service. I had a problem with a water pump that Pearl Street Replaced over a year ago. They warranted it at the time. I brought it back and they replaced all of it without a hassle or a charge. How many garages do that? I absolutely recommend Pearl Street garage

I have a 2012 Subaru and it has lived most of its life in New England and has rust and wear due to salt. My car is under the care of a mechanic I trust and I came to South Pearl st for AC work exclusively which my regular mechanic does not service. Pros: The garage was responsive on the phone and everyone was kind. The shop itself is very clean. Cons: The garage preformed an extremely extensive curtesy inspections which I didn’t expect. That may seem like a pro, but they noted extremely irrelevant things, such as the tape residue left on my car after my recent windshield replacement but did not appear to put the car on the lift and catch the K frame rust which every mechanic for the last f…

Great customer service here. I only went a couple of times before getting rid of my car, but they were flexible with my odd schedule and very communicative about their recommendations. Great spot.

Pearl Street Garage is the garage for you, if you’re in Denver and you don’t want corners cut. Firestone has treated my car over recent years, but have neglected certain needs that resulted in a hefty bill(system flushes, fluids, small leaks, etc). Despite the price, Pearl Street Garage identified each issue, provided pictures for each and thoroughly discussed what’s urgent vs. what can wait. My car is riding great, and there’s only one place I’ll be going for future work/maintenance while in this area.

They were so helpful and explained everything thoroughly so I could truly understand what was happening. They were not pushy, very informative, and supportive during the stressful times. 10/10 would recommend for all car repairs! AMAZING SERVICE and even more amazing people. Got my Jeep up and running in no time!
