This has been by far one of the best experiences. For months I have looking for a body shop that would meet my car needs and I can say this is the right place! To top it off, the customer service was amazing. My car looks brand new again and it was a smooth process.

It took my car about a week longer than predicted to be returned, however some things are out of their control and the people at Classic Collision were extremely communicative and helpful in getting it to me ASAP. I let them know I was working a stretch of night shifts and was worried about being able to pick up my car on the expected completion date, and they were extremely kind about it and worked as quickly as possibly to get it done early so I would be able to pick it up. Wonderful customer service!!

Mixed feelings but overall, I had a poor experience. My car was in a slight accident with only a few sensor knocked awry. Then the next day my car was broken into and someone tried to steal the car - messing with the ignition. Because of this, we were dealing with two different insurance claims. During the estimates they put the accident as an $86 fix - amazing! After having my car in the shop for 3.5 weeks (way longer than expected), I was charged way way more than that estimate (thankfully having a deductible I only paid $500 for part of the fix but still more than the $86 estimate). My experience here was great. The process of getting a quote went smoothly. However, I will say that I chose the wrong time to get my vehicle repaired after a hit and run (company change/during the holidays). There was some miscommunication that occurred. One person told me that it would take 8-10 days, but ended up being around 18 days. It wasn’t a major issue but it did cause some inconvenience as I had to pay for my rental out of pocket and kept having to modify it. I’d like to rate it a 4.5 for that reason. Otherwise, they did a fantastic job with my car. It almost looks brand new!
