Optic Automotive Repair & Performance, LLC

Huge shoutout to Jacob for taking care of my Audi A6! He not only fixed the mechanical issues quickly and professionally, but also went above and beyond by fixing my hood —which honestly saved me from having to replace the whole thing. Super chill, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. I really appreciate the extra effort and will definitely be coming back if I need anything else. Highly recommend!

Here’s a review from Kristen’s perspective: “Trustworthy, Thorough, and Worthy of a Top Gear Seal of Approval!” I recently brought my BMW to Optic Automotive Repair because it wasn’t running quite right, and I honestly had no idea what was wrong. As someone who finds it difficult to trust a shop, I came in cautiously—but Jacob and his team completely changed my perspective. Jacob took the time to go over the entire vehicle, explaining what was happening in a way that made me feel both informed and respected. He didn’t rush, he didn’t oversell, and he didn’t assume I wouldn’t understand. That level of care and attention made all the difference. When they were done, my car was running li…

“The Spa Day Your Vehicle Deserves!” When my 4Runner needed attention, I wasn’t just looking for a repair—I was looking for someone who gets it. My ride is my lifeline, and I needed it to be treated with the care & respect that it deserves. Enter Optic Automotive Repair, or as I now like to call it, “The Perfect Spa Day for my Truck!” From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The team is prompt, professional, and personable, with a level of communication that keeps you informed and at ease. Whether it’s a quick update or a detailed explanation of the work needed, they truly make you feel like you’re their top priority. Their prices? Fair and transparent. The …

This is my first Audi, and it is 10 years old, purchased it a few months back. Jacob was great in his explanations of what the vehicle needed, and did not need at the time. He worked out a plan with me for items that I will need to address coming up, but we’re not imperative at this time. As well as did a great job on installing new breaks. I want one person to work on my car for the whole time I own it and I believe I have found that with Jacob and this company. Honest, respectful, great work, good pricing, not a single negative.

I will only take my vehicles to Optic Automotive from here on out! I was referred to this shop at a local car meet and couldn’t be happier. The owner Jacob is by far the most honest mechanic I know. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle (thermostat) and even made me aware of a leak I had no idea about. He got me in same day and his inspections are very thorough, I’ve never felt better about driving my own vehicle!! Thank you!
