CARSTAR West Auto Body

CARSTARWest Auto Body did a fantastic job taking care of my car. They worked perfectly with my insurance. The two women, Emily and Julia, I worked with were very courteous and very professional. It amazed me that I was called by name rather than my license plate - think dealership. I appreciated the quality of their work and the courtesy afforded me that I took my car back for more work to be done that was unrelated to the initial repair. The price is fair and the service is top notch!

Carstar West Autobody did a fantastic job. They repaired my car and it looks great. But honestly, where they really shined was their customer service. They were responsive, attentive, friendly, and did everything they said they would. They went above and beyond to get back to me on an item I had left in my car. You just don’t see customer service like this anymore. Hands down, I’d use them again.

The entire process was frustrating, they never updated the app like they said they would, so I continually had to call them to get updates on the repairs. Then apparently they use after market parts that don't fit the vehicle, so there's extra delay. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle, there were several cracks on the windshield that I pointed out. The service manager said he'd take care of it, but then a few days later called me to say the cracks were already there when I dropped it off (they weren't) then he changed his story to "it's not our fault, it just happens".

Was rear ended. Brought our vehicle here. Our truck had a custom bumper with a custom paint job, black paint with anti-rust on the back. I asked them twice about the paint job. One told me, that the truck had to be put back to pre-accident conditions. It wasn't done. There was also a dent that was missed. They asked us to bring it back for a day. No. It should have been done the first time. I will never bring my vehicle to this place, even if the insurance was paying for it, again. I've been involved in a few accidents and every time I would take it to a body shop, they would go above and beyond their services. Not this place. From the beginning, I felt like I was going to be disa…

Carstar West did an awesome job repairing my Fiat which got backed into at a stoplight 🤦 Emily was very professional in handling all my questions and the text updates were very informative. Everything was handled with the 2nd party insurance and it went without a hitch. Definitely recommend them for your collision work.
