Carstar West Autobody did a fantastic job. They repaired my car and it looks great. But honestly, where they really shined was their customer service. They were responsive, attentive, friendly, and did everything they said they would. They went above and beyond to get back to me on an item I had left in my car. You just don’t see customer service like this anymore. Hands down, I’d use them again.

The entire process was frustrating, they never updated the app like they said they would, so I continually had to call them to get updates on the repairs. Then apparently they use after market parts that don't fit the vehicle, so there's extra delay.
