Caliber Collision

Had some work done on my personal vehicle and couldn’t be more satisfied. Azaria was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service at body shops, very to the point/ no bush beating and outstandingly helpful. Getting other shops to work with me was extremely difficult and panic inducing, but caliber got me right and am 100% going to recommend them to family/friends.

Hands down the worst experience i’ve ever had.. from communication to getting my car back not complete. I was quoted 2 weeks, then it ended up being 5 weeks. I was told a million different things and my pickup date was rescheduled 5 times. Mario/Adrian was rude the entire time he talked to me. I also keep saying Mario/Adrian because he lied to me on the phone when i asked what his name was and when i showed up he told me a different one, so i don’t know his actual name. Anyways, he had a disgusting attitude about everything and blamed me for my car taking so long. Eric the manager is a liar and gives you false promises while looking at you straight in the face. Eric Christopherson, the manager, went above and beyond every step of the way keeping me informed, handling every detail with care, and making sure my vehicle was returned looking better than ever. Speaking as someone that’s been to school for auto body and worked in the field 10 years ago, I can honestly say they did an amazing job fixing up my car and went the extra mile to get it back to brand new condition for me inside and out. They got me a new motor, new windshield, replaced and painted my bumper, got me a new hood, fixed up fender damages, and had a contractor do an amazing job with my new window tint. My car needed A lot of work both major and minor and it was well worth the wait to get it back while they were super busy, they still impressed me with how quickly they managed to get the work moving along with it bit by bit. I’ve used Caliber Collision twice now and both times have been excellent experiences. This time, I brought my car in for an insurance claim. They got me in for an appointment within a week and had the repairs completed in under two weeks. The work looks perfect, and they even cleaned my car—such a nice surprise! Their communication was clear and consistent throughout, and they made dropping off my rental super convenient. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole process.
