Rickenbaugh Collision Repair

After having quite a scare in our car accident, it was an unexpected wonderful experience we had with Ben Braun at Rickenbaugh Collision Repair. The very human touch and approach Ben has was so refreshing when dealing with insurance claims and unclear processes. Ben clarified the process, made our experience easy, smooth and even under the circumstances very pleasant. Thank you Ben and team for a great experience and service getting our car back to perfect condition!

I had an outstanding experience with Caleb. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. They kept me informed throughout the repair process, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The quality of their work is top-notch—my car looks brand new again! You'd never know it had been in an accident. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. Excellent customer service, flawless results, and a team that genuinely cares—what more can you ask for? I highly recommend Rickenbaugh to anyone in need of collision repair!

If you are reading reviews, deciding where to get your vehicle repaired - stop. This is the place. As a true car enthusiast and someone who’s EXTREMELY particular about my vehicles, I have high standards when it comes to any work done to my car. Their workmanship is outstanding—my M50i was repaired to absolute OEM level perfection, with attention to detail that even surpassed factory specs. The shop is clearly well-run, but what truly sets Rickenbaugh apart is their communication and CUSTOMER focus, which we…

I had an excellent experience working with Brady. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding—Brady kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. It’s not often that dealing with car repairs feels easy, but Brady made it just that. I would highly recommend this shop!

My Honda needed repairs after being ran into by a distracted driver. While the process to get the repairs completed was a nightmare due to insurance, Ben made the experience as streamlined as possible and worked incredibly hard to ensure I only paid my deductible. I have zero doubts that Ben's professionalism, kindness, and work ethic got the deal done and got me my car back. I truly felt like he cared about me during this process and I would absolutely recommend working with Ben in the future.
