JJC Auto body collision center

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. A parked car pulled out in front me and I needed a new bumper, fender, and headlight. After waiting months for a check from the other driver’s insurance company (we all know how that goes…) it was time to find a body shop. JJC was the first one I talked to and they made it so easy. They worked with the estimate from the appraiser and all had to do was sign the check over, they took care of the rest. Beth is AWESOME and helped me out a ton with getting in contact with the insurance agency. She was even able to get in contact with them the day I dropped my car off to get me the rental I promised… everyone needs someone like Beth on their side, she ta…

Highest possible recommendation! I had damage to my bumper and replacing it would have cost around $1,000 which I was ready to pay. But the amazing staff at JJ’s offered to patch the bumper and save me $700!! It looks like new! Absolutely wonderful experience. Beth is exceptional as is the quality of repair.

Friendly staff, quick turnaround and excellent location in the city. The work was stellar. They were accommodating with my schedule and worked well with the insurance company to fix the body damage on my vehicle after being sideswiped in traffic. I recommend this local business. It is fairly priced and a job well done. Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Amazing body shop!!!! The office lady Beth demonstrated phenomenal customer service. She made the entire process absolutely seamless. She worked with my insurance company and the rental company, making all the phone calls for me so I didn’t have to do anything, and she communicated clearly and consistently so I never had to wonder what was going on. The shop did a fantastic job with my pickup and made it look like new. I also got a quote from them for some other body work unrelated to my collision and their prices were very reasonable. I also want to note they got me in very quickly for the repairs I needed done and the only delay I experienced was from their parts shipment being delayed due…

JJC have the most friendly staff and do stellar body work. Other shops either wouldn't work on my truck because it was too old (2000 Tacoma) or were unnecessarily double the price. 10/10 work and honesty, thank you!
