Do NOT go here for brake repair... Danyelle at the front desk is sweet and helpful. But they quoted me $1,050 for front brake repair (which is still crazy high). I was in a bind so I went for it (they had done good work on another vehicle of mine in the past). But after they started, they called to say that two of the calipers needed to be replaced. Alright, fine... But when I came the next day, the final bill was $1,750. I spoke with my mechanic buddy and the parts for this sort of repair *should* have cost under $400. So over $1,000 for parts?? And over $500 for labor?? I realize I’m the idiot in this situation, but that upcharge is insane. I hardly ever leave 1-star reviews but this one…

Didn't bring my car in, but Danielle took the time to discuss my vehicle's issues on the phone and was very courteous and informative. I appreciated the time.

I really try hard to NOT give bad reviews, but I am giving one here, and want to warn others to get a second opinion. My daughter brought her Subaru Forester to Holiday Auto Care. She needed her tie rod replaced and tires balanced. After Holiday charged her $150 for a diagnostic, they quoted her a price of $2700 (!!). She got a second opinion at a different mechanic (for free). That second mechanic did the work (replaced tie rod and balanced tires) for $380.

I’m a new customer and my first experience was smooth and awesome. I’ve had my 2017 Audi for a few years and always serviced it at the same place. Then their Audi mechanic left and I needed a new home for auto care. I checked with Triple A and Holiday has great reviews. I met the owner and he was friendly and professional. I never felt that “here’s a little lady let’s gouge her.” I’ll be back for future auto care and appreciate the service and kindness. This time I got a needed oil change.

Great service. I brought my Subaru in to have a tire fixed and they had it all done in just a few minutes. They can get pretty busy; I would call ahead for major services. They've been in business since the 60s and it seems like everyone who works there really knows what they're doing. Same service counter as the gas station, so if you need gas or snacks it's very convenient.
