Service was friendly, on-point and skilled. Brandon in service got me scheduled quickly when I started hearing a weird cluncking noise from the front of my car. I was able to provide him a video to help with diagnosis and the techs zeroed in on the issue quickly. Brandon kept me updated throughout the process via text, phone and video messages. If you’re looking for a place to take care of your Mercedes the right way, take it to the people who built it and are trained to work on them, and ask for Brandon because he takes service to an elevated level.
