I took my beloved 2012 VW GTI in here after it got in a traffic fight (not its fault) and sustained passenger side injuries. Sorry Snyder's, but I gotta say that I wasn't sure what to think when I walked in to the office, but man was I blown away by the service and the level of care in their work. They made it as effortless for me as it could have been, finished ahead of schedule, and went above and beyond in repairing my car and returning it to me in the best condition I have seen it in a long time. I can't recommend Snyder's enough - true pros who don't bs and do outstanding work.

We just had some body work done at Snyder's. I like supporting local shops that do great work and was not disappointed with these guys. They quoted a reasonable price and performed very good work. My wife is super happy to see how well her car turned out.

Amazing body shop. Super friendly, timely, and they do quality work. They got my Honda looking like new after I got rear-ended. They're also pros at dealing with insurance companies, and clearly know the system inside-out. I'd recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be taking all our cars there going forward.

Took a pair of mirrors in to be painted, when I came to pick them up, they had paint runs, bubbles, and multiple other defects. I was verbally berated, cussed at, had things rubbed in my face (figuratively speaking), customer shamed, and treated terribly. When I protested the condition of the mirrors and told them this wasn't acceptable, I was told to "take my mirrors and get the f*** out before they were thrown into the street". I've also had to have them re-spray a driver door on my car because of big paint run which I was somehow blamed for it costing them $600 in paint to re-spray (which should tell anyone they don't quality check their work for defects).
